Early 2010-2011 Budget Information – 2/5/2010

Budget hearings for the 2010-2011 Borough budget have begun and will continue for the coming weeks on Monday nights, 6:30 PM, at Town Hall.  A schedule of upcoming hearings can be viewed here.

Each week, various department heads and/or representatives present their 2010-2011 requests to members of the Finance Board.  Burgesses often attend the hearings as well.  At the end of each presentation, members of the Joint Boards of Finance and Mayor and Burgesses make preliminary allocations to each department.  The following is a current list of departments that have presented and the amounts recommneded by the Joint Boards.  Each departmental budget contains explanatory information related to line items contained therein.
