I recently completed a waste water treatment certification program and it is my opinion that the naugatuck waste water treatment facility although it was once state of the art modeled thru the USA has now become dated. There will continue to be small adjustments that i believe will not solve the problem. If funds were availble i would recommend bringing in a 3rd party to audit the faclities operational procedures.
I worked with one of the top renowned designers in the world today and could arrange a meeting if said monies were availble for his consultations.

I had trouble opening the report , it finally opened after i posted intial comments. I see a 3rd party did an evalution and i still feel adjustments will be made and may help the situation some but utimatley problem will still persist. I do not have any knowledge of the company that did the evalu but i know enough that this plant’s operation are a complicated and a highly skilled designer is what is really needed for this plant. I studied enough to know that what will be needed in some type of new additions with newer techologies availble in the waste water industries. It will take a very skilled designer to solve this problem.
