Citizens Police Academy Accepting Applications – 3/10/2011

The Naugatuck Police Department is accepting applicants for the Citizens Police Academy program which will begin March 28, 2011.  The ten (10) week program is free to residents twenty (20) and over, but there is limited space for only twenty four (24) people in the class.  This presents a great opportunity for residents to learn about law enforcement in the Borough and the interaction with between the Department and the community.  The press release from the Naugatuck Police Department can be viewed here.  Anyone interested should contact Captain Jerry Scully at jscully@naugatuckpd.org or 203-720-7280.
